Queen Elizabeth II tours Royal Bank of Scotland’s new £350m headquarters outside Edinburgh at their opening in 2005. The bank is now considering their sale.
A sale of the 1m square foot office complex on the outskirts of Edinburgh would be the clearest example yet of the new management’s break with the past.
